How to treat Hyperpigmentation

How to treat Hyperpigmentation

Hyperpigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is considered a harmless skin condition where the melanin responsible for the skin’s colour in excesss and dark patches are formed.

Hyperpigmentation is dominant with people of colour and can be faded if treated properly.

I would recommend chemical peels, retinoids and Vitamin C Serums. I have shared an article and video below from Beauty in Lagos where she documented a useful visit to a dermatologist. All the juice would be available below for your reading pleasure.

Hyperpigmentation

Not one and the same but I’m here treating one

“As promised, I’m back with Part 2 of my time spent at Laserderm Clinics (if you missed Part 1 watch here) This time around I had a sit-down with the Head of Clinicals at Laserderm Clinics, Dr. Bakare, and asked her a couple questions you guys sent in via instagram and also here. I hope you enjoy the video, I know I still have some work to do with my editing and shooing skills, but I’m still new to this and rather than waste anymore time trying to perfect things, I decided to let you guys ‘grow’ along with me”
